This role involves supporting the launch and ongoing production of a high-quality podcast, including both audio and video elements. You will collaborate closely with the hosts to set up an in-house studio, advise on equipment and design choices, and ensure a professional production environment. The podcast will feature engaging discussions and include creative segments with a featured dog, adding a unique and entertaining twist.

• Advise on podcast studio setup, including equipment selection and layout for optimal audio and video quality
• Assist with logistics and technical aspects of launching the podcast
• Edit long‑form podcast episodes for both audio and video platforms
• Create engaging short‑form clips for social media, highlighting key moments and humorous segments
• Manage multi‑camera video editing, ensuring smooth transitions and professional presentation
• Incorporate creative content featuring the podcast’s dog, maintaining a fun and lighthearted tone
• Collaborate with hosts to maintain consistent quality and style across episodes
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting technical issues as needed

• Proven experience in audio and video editing, preferably for podcasts or similar content
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of multi‑camera editing and audio mixing techniques
• Ability to advise on studio setup, equipment, and workflow optimization
• Creative approach to content editing, with an eye for humor and engaging storytelling
• Experience creating social media clips and promotional content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
