Graphic Designer (Contract)

Join a dynamic creative acceleration agency as a junior graphic designer, supporting a diverse range of early‑stage and scaling brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is eager to contribute to projects that demand both speed and quality. You will collaborate closely with creative leads, developing brand identities, designing engaging social content, pitch decks, websites, and campaign materials.

The position offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, either part‑time or full‑time, and is suited to individuals who are comfortable taking direction while also bringing their own ideas to the table. A strong understanding of current cultural trends and digital‑first design is essential, as is the ability to deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision.

• Develop and execute brand identities for a variety of clients
• Design social media content, pitch decks, websites, and campaign materials
• Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to meet tight deadlines
• Apply strong layout and typography skills to all deliverables
• Stay up to date with current design trends and digital culture
• Contribute independent ideas while adapting to client feedback
• Deliver work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment
• Optional:
  Support with basic motion or video design tasks

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography
• Experience designing for digital‑first brands and platforms
• Awareness of current cultural and design trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with feedback and iterative design processes
• Motion or basic video skills are a plus, but not required
• Availability for contract work (part‑time or full‑time)
