A boutique creative events agency, known for delivering world-class luxury experiences, is seeking an exceptional
Senior Producer
to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead on the
end-to-end delivery of premium, high-touch events -from luxury brand experiences and VIP dinners to intimate c-suite private equity conferences and bespoke international activations. The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full-scale event logistics-logistics, guest experience, styling, and liaising with creative and design

• Pitch development
  and client liaison for high-profile, global brands

• Training junior team members
  , providing mentorship and guidance

• Collaborating with external partners
  across technical production, creative design, and culinary execution

• Working closely with the Head of Events and senior leadership on delivery excellence

We’re after someone with
proven experience in luxury event production
, with a sharp eye for detail, polish, and refinement. You’ll need to hit the ground running and confidently lead top-tier projects, knowing instinctively which experts to bring on board - from Michelin-starred chefs to world-class speakers.

Essentials:

• Solid portfolio of high-end events (luxury brand experiences, intimate VIP dinners, premium small-scale conferences)

• Confidence in managing client relationships and internal teams

• Ability to juggle logistics, creative, and guest experience with finesse

• Experience with international projects (e.g., Switzerland upcoming in 2025)

• Comfortable reporting into a collaborative Head of Events and working alongside senior leadership

• Competitive salary depending on experience - C £50-60,000

• Based in
