Site Foreman

We are a growing commercial excavating and paving company looking to add an experienced Site Foreman to lead crews on commercial and municipal projects. This role is for someone who knows how to run a job, lead people, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

• Lead and manage a site crew on active commercial paving and excavation projects
• Plan daily work activities and keep crews on task
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations
• Enforce safety procedures and job site standards
• Read and interpret site plans and scopes of work
• Track labor, materials, and production
• Serve as the point of contact in the field

• Minimum 3 years of experience running a crew (commercial preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of site prep, grading, excavation, and paving operations
• Ability to manage people, production, and job site safety
• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)
