Pencroft Ridge Construction is an Amish-owned, faith-based construction company founded in 2006. We specialize in residential home improvements, new construction, roofing, siding, framing, foundations, garages, barns, and additions—delivering quality workmanship with a “You dream it, we build it” mindset. Serving local communities, we take pride in building structures that last and relationships that matter.
What You'll Do as a Residential Construction Worker/Driver:- Drive our company truck, trailer, and crew safely to residential job sites (typically within one hour of the shop).
- Assist with residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects.
- Work on foundations, framing, roofing, siding, windows, and door installations.
- Operate & maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Follow jobsite safety standards and company procedures.
- Keep job sites organized and support the team in completing projects on schedule.
- Work a full‑time position with overtime. Typically, 50‑55 hours per week with a 5:50 AM start time.
- Experienced: Residential construction experience preferred but not required. Willing to train someone who is teachable and eager to learn the construction industry.
- Licensed: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a 5‑year clean driving record (DOT eligible).
- Reliable: Shows up on time, follows through, and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Quality-focused: Takes pride in high‑quality workmanship and pays attention to detail.
- Professional: Clean‑cut, respectful of customers' homes and property, and represents the company well on job sites.
- Safety-minded: Maintain a safety‑first mindset while on the job site and transporting our crew.
- Active: Able to lift up to 70 lbs., perform physical labor, and work on ladders as needed. Comfortable working from heights is a plus.
- Must‑Have: Basic hand tools—tool belt, chalk line, hammer, measuring tape, square, etc.
- $20‑$28 per hour, based on experience.
- Paid from shop departure to return.
- Health insurance reimbursement.

- Monthly employee meetings with safety training and open feedback.
- Occasional company breakfasts and team outings.
