As a Project Manager at Liberty Roofing Pros, you will be the on-site leader, responsible for ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standard from start to finish. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who excels at communication, takes ownership of project outcomes, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will directly influence project efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Meticulously review work orders to understand the precise scope of work and ensure all materials are staged for the job.
• Lead daily job site mobilization, conduct professional kick-offs with homeowners, and set clear expectations.
• Oversee on-site execution, manage the roofing crew, and perform continuous quality control to ensure workmanship meets our high standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage end-of-day procedures, conduct final walk-throughs, and ensure every job site is left clean and orderly.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in roofing or construction.
