Seneca Foundations is seeking two experienced Poured Concrete Foundation Foremen to lead on-site field operations for residential and commercial foundation projects. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew of concrete workers, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity on site
- Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing of poured concrete foundations
- Ensure all work aligns with blueprints, project specifications, and local building codes
- Coordinate equipment setup, material staging, and daily site logistics
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedules and resolve on‑site challenges
- Assist with labor planning and material forecasting for upcoming projects
- Utilize total station surveying equipment for accurate layout and measurements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in poured concrete foundation work
- At least 2 years of leadership or foreman-level experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and curing processes
- Experience operating total station surveying equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and jobsite best practices
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs
- $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
