Project Manager - Flooring and Tile

Our client is a family‑owned flooring solutions company serving properties regionally is seeking a dynamic, service‑oriented Project Manager to join its Philadelphia‑based team. The company specializes in residential and commercial flooring throughout the Philadelphia area.

The Project Manager oversees the administration and installation of flooring and tile projects throughout the tri‑state area.

• Manage projects from pre‑construction through installation
• Review and ensure accuracy of estimates
• Prepare submittals and track material lead times
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and installation crews
• Process change orders and monitor deliveries
• Negotiate and purchase materials

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• 2+ yersa experience in flooring or general construction preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
