Asphalt Paving Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead a paving crew on residential, commercial, public, and private jobsites as well as athletics fields located in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.

Key Skills for an Asphalt Paving Foreman:

• Lead and manage an asphalt paving crew for roadways, parking lots, athletic tracks, asphalt walking paths.
• Manage safety, quality and productivity of crew
• Coordinate short / long term planning with coordinators, crews, and suppliers
• Continuously mentor and build skills of the crew

Requirements of a Asphalt Paving Foreman:

• 5 years minimum experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Familiarity with OSHA safety
• Familiarity with PennDOT specifications and regulations
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License
• NECEPT Certification a plus
