Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative panelized residential construction projects. This role manages all phases of the project lifecycle-from contract kickoff through on-site installation-while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong residential construction expertise, excels in planning and permitting, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from contract execution through on-site installation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, building officials, certification bodies, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, permitting, construction documentation, and production schedules
• Track panel production, delivery timelines, and installation readiness
• Maintain detailed project schedules and proactively manage risks
• Ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful project outcomes

• Extensive experience in residential construction project management
• Strong background in field planning, scheduling, and project execution
• Working knowledge of permitting processes and construction documentation
• Experience managing RFIs and change orders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
• Must be commutable to Northboro, MA for monthly in-office collaboration

• Experience with panelized or prefabricated construction systems (preferred, not required)
