Construction Supervisor - Pipe

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met while communicating progress updates, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

+ Manage pipe, earth, and storm sewer work, as well as grading preparation for concrete and paving.

+ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and resolve challenges.

+ Monitor compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.

+ Provide leadership and mentorship to site workers, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Experience with heavy equipment, OSHA 30, rigging training, and/or trench work preferred.

+ Physical work may be required, including standing, climbing, and lifting.
