Job Overview

Baseline Contracting, Inc. is seeking motivated Concrete Laborers to join our Field Operations team. You'll work on a variety of challenging projects-bridges, wastewater plants, slipform curb and gutter, and more-using advanced 3D slipform technology. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with form setting, reinforcement placement, and site preparation
• Dig, rake, and compact areas for concrete placement
• Help with concrete pours, including spreading, vibrating, and screeding
• Apply curing compounds and assist in finishing tasks
• Operate or assist with tools such as saws, vibrators, and compactors
• Clean and maintain tools, job sites, and equipment
• Drive trucks or support transport operations as needed (job-site specific)
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Support the team in meeting productivity and quality goals

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of construction or concrete experience
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• No specific certifications required
