Job Title:
Heavy Civil Superintendent
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to join our team in the Greater Bensalem area with pay starting around 130K. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site aspects of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- OSHA certification is a plus
