A rare and inspiring opportunity for a Montessori-trained Educator/Nanny to join a young, adventurous family on a full-time international journey. Starting on 5 May 2026, this long-term role (12 months or more) combines meaningful childcare with world travel, cultural discovery, and professional fulfillment.
The family travels with their two daughters, Alix (3) and Giulia (1), and is deeply committed to Montessori principles, emotional security, and learning through real-life experiences. They are seeking a passionate, proactive educator who sees childcare as a vocation and is excited to become a true part of family life.
The role involves planning and leading daily Montessori-inspired activities, supporting Alix’s early education, and providing attentive, loving care to Giulia. You will help maintain a calm, organized rhythm while travelling, assist during flights and relocations, manage the children’s supplies, and support light household tasks. At times, you may have full responsibility for the children when the parents travel independently, while at other moments discretion and flexibility are essential.
This is a full-time position (55 hours per week, 6 days), including two evenings of babysitting. Four weeks of paid holiday are included, with two weeks over Christmas. Compensation is market-standard based on experience, with all travel, accommodation, food, and insurance fully covered.
Planned destinations include Miami, Madrid, France, Greece, and Switzerland, with a possible long-term settlement to follow. In return, you will gain an exceptional life experience in a respectful and trusting family environment where your work is genuinely valued.
