- Assists Director of Programming in supervision of overnight camp programs
- Assists Director of Programming in training, mentoring, and overseeing overnight counselors and program staff.
- Schedule overnight campers and staff for daily activities
- Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and training of summer camp volunteers
- Works to ensure that all campers have the best possible camp experience
