We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our construction organization. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in business operations and a passion for driving operational excellence. You will be part of a vibrant team, working closely with senior management to provide key insights that will help shape the strategic direction of our business.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will:

1. Analyze and evaluate existing business operations within the Accounting and Finance department to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

2. Develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

3. Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and translate them into operational requirements.

4. Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management, providing recommendations for operational improvements.

5. Lead cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies and initiatives.

7. Provide subject matter expertise in the design and implementation of new business processes and systems.

8. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Business Operations Analyst position will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

3. Demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving business operations and processes.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

7. Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and data analysis software.

8. A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and make decisions based on sound judgment.

9. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

10. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
