Your role as ​an Intern​ in the ​Channel​ Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

-    As Strategy & Business Development Intern will help identify & shape strategic priorities to grow and/or accelerate business and turn them into actionable plans and monitor progress toward key goals.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys formulating strategies, identifying business opportunities, problem-solving, developing cross-functional action plans, and deploying them.

** Responsibilities:*

-    Assist in identifying, defining and execution of strategic initiatives

-    Support identification and development of business opportunities across distribution network

-    Identify strategic and operational risks or bottlenecks and propose mitigation actions

-    Formulate a cross-functional approach, helping align teams on deliverables

-    Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives

** You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:*
* -    Have earned a high school diploma or GED

-    Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ​MBA​ Degree in ​Business Administration​, ​Project Management​ or ​Communications​ from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).

-    Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project

-    Are authorized to work in the U.S.

* -    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.39 - $40.40/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
