About

The Role

As a Sr. Rate Management Analyst, you will oversee the end-to-end development, maintenance, and auditing of labor pricing across a fleet of nuclear power sites. You will ensure accurate cost representation for all skilled labor—especially union labor—by managing rate structures, updating systems/contracts, and supporting pricing for current and future projects. You will report to the Manager of Program Management. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop hourly pricing for skilled labor roles across multiple project sites, with special attention to union-specific requirements and contract terms.
  • Monitor and process all union rate changes (often occurring annually or more frequently), applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems for payroll and billing alignment.
  • Maintain and update internal pricing documents, SAP master data, and customer-facing contracts as union rates or project needs evolve.
  • Conduct audits between calculated billing rates and fringe benefits remitted by other departments to ensure financial alignment and compliance.
  • Report rate changes and pricing validations directly to clients and ensure contract terms reflect accurate labor rate buildups.
  • Participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates for potential projects and bid opportunities.
  • Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries, validate invoiced rates, and support special requests for new positions, rate structures, or pricing model revisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, accounting, engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) for payroll and billing configuration
  • Ability to interpret and apply union contracts and rate tables

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200.00 to $ per year.
