Property Analyst
Location:
Fully Remote, USA
- Enter quotes, declinations, binders, policies, and related documentation into EPIC with accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all required information is properly recorded and updated.
- Assist brokers and client service teams with collecting, organizing, and sending required documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide support for invoicing processes and certificate of issuance as needed.
- Assist in creating and maintaining templates for internal and client-facing use.
- Request loss runs from carriers and track receipts and distribution.
- Pull AM Best ratings and Risk Meter reports to support underwriting and client deliverables.
- Perform additional administrative or analytical tasks assigned to support team operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, real estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
The expected base salary for this role is $95,000; actual base salary will be determined based on candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Howden also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility, including:
