You join our Product team within the Product, Marketing, Solutions department, which is looking for a Product Manager
, for an apprenticeship
of 1 year from September 2026
.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Project Management/Product Engineering: monitor the implementation of repositioning projects for Ostrum AM’s range of open funds within the framework of Ostrum AM’s Strategic Plan  by assisting the Project Manager in steering:
  • ESG projects;
  • Launch of new offers in line with the strategic orientations and in close collaboration with the management teams;
  • Implementation of range rationalization operations;
  • Assistance in steering the Ostrum AM Product Committee;
  • Drafting the «financial management» parts of the legal documentation and SFDR annexes in connection with Management and Risks.
• The preparation of the Monetary, Rate and Credit Strategic Committees:
  • Produce the market slides (performances, rankings, collection, ...);
  • Prepare the agenda and overall support;
  • Assist the product engineer and/or the Director of Business Strategy on the preparation of certain agenda topics.
• Competitive Intelligence and Strategy:
  • Monitoring the competitive positioning of the range of open funds and performance monitoring via regular sending of dashboards accompanied by qualitative analysis;
  • Regular production of various monitoring tables on our funds (performance, deciles, market collection) for the members of the Ostrum Comex;
  • Monitoring of competitive initiatives and detailed analysis of the management strategies implemented by our competitors.
