About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Business Development Consultant to expand our presence in the leadership and personal development consulting space. Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across leadership and personal development markets.
- Build and nurture client relationships, partner networks, and long‑term collaborations.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized business proposals aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategic offerings and partnership proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, case studies, and partnership pitches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging leadership practices.
- Track performance metrics and pipeline activities using CRM and analytics tools.
- Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and digital forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consulting—preferably within leadership development, coaching, or corporate training sectors.
- Demonstrated success in B2C client acquisition, relationship management, and closing strategic deals.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
