What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
  • Meet annual sales goals as established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
  • Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the company’s value proposition to the broker community
  • Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and effective communication
  • Maintain strong connections with internal teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
  • College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
  • Strong integrity and transparency in professional conduct
  • Self-reflective with a commitment to continuous improvement
