OverviewJob Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate across the enterprise to develop strategies which will improve the athlete experience and store productivity for experiential retail initiatives.
- Build & maintain relationships with business partners to stay ahead of key business questions.
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively plan, manage and execute high value projects.
- Successfully balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, maintaining flexibility to react when business needs shift.
- Effectively manage meetings to communicate and coordinate project timetables, logistics and present findings.
Utilize multiple data resources and research methods to support testing & ad hoc analysis of experiential retail initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of our data collection methodologies and reporting tools—including pre-built reports, data lakes, market research, and stakeholder feedback—and how to best leverage each.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to build data‑driven strategies and actionable conclusions that address key business questions.
- Apply strong data interpretation skills to evaluate outcomes against pre-defined KPIs and synthesize insights into clear, concise deliverables that drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
Facilitate Organizational Change Management
- Facilitate enterprise transformation by developing tools, onboarding guides, and best practices that translate learnings across store formats, foster collaboration, and embed innovation into sustainable processes.
- Drive organizational change through strategic planning and execution by leading proposals, roadmaps, initiatives, and communication plans that align stakeholders, promote adoption, and ensure scalability of in‑store experience strategies.
- Enable data‑driven decision making by standardizing reporting practices, and formalizing recommendations to guide continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Effectiveness, Information Technology or related degree
- 1-3 years experience in Retail, Project Management, Product Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
- Experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma Practices a plus
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Power
BI, Qlik, Procore, and Medallia
