About

The Role

As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and cash applications — helping keep our business running smoothly. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues, analyze credit risk, and maintain strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage AR aging and proactively collect outstanding balances
• Update and maintain accurate customer contact and billing information
• Record collection activities in accordance with team processes
• Partner with Sales and Ops teams to resolve invoice and shipment issues
• Analyze creditworthiness and assign credit limits or recommend changes
• Perform custom billing, account reconciliations, and audit support
• Provide first-level support for credit and AR inquiries
• Support daily deposit entry and reporting when needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Meet and exceed collection goals and team KPIs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of B2B collections experience with a track record of reducing overdue balances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience (SAP a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
