Shift: Daylight, Monday through Friday, normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You Will Do:
Direct Sales & Relationship Building
- Lead Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, conducting discovery calls and personalized tours that convert prospects into residents.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales funnel from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing.
- Closing Excellence: Build trust with older adults and their families, helping them navigate the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Performance Oversight: Own campus-level occupancy targets and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, lead sources, and inquiry volume) to adjust strategies.
- Team Supervision: Lead and mentor Community Liaisons, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a high-performing sales culture.
- Market Analysis: Develop campus-specific sales action plans based on local market trends and competitor activity.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain high standards for data entry and lead management within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
Community Outreach & Marketing
- Professional Networking: Cultivate referral partnerships with local healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, and community leaders.
- Strategic
Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to maximize digital leads and coordinate impactful campus events.
- Experience: at least two (2) years of experience in sales, preferably within Senior Living, Healthcare, or Assisted Living.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team and hitting occupancy/census goals.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and a strong understanding of relationship-based selling.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with seniors and professional referral partners alike.
