As part of a 6-month internships starting end of February 2026, we are looking for a new talent to join our team:
Events & Hospitality Intern
6 months - Fixed term contract
You will be:
- Based in Nyon, Switzerland.
- Reporting to the Global Brand Scenography Director.
- Part of the Marketing team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic Brand Scenography team. This exciting 6-month opportunity focuses on Event and Hospitality Management, allowing you to contribute significantly to our brand's visibility and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning & preparation of international events ensuring seamless coordination and brand consistency.
- Support the planning and coordination of upcoming events
- Provide comprehensive support for our participation in the prestigious Watches & Wonders exhibition, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Coordinate the planning and assist in overseeing all aspects of client and VIP visits to our Manufacture, including:
- Developing and managing detailed agendas.
- Arranging transfers and accommodation.
- Curating engaging programs and activities.
- Ensuring an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.
- Providing impeccable on-site service and support.
- Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and assist with general administrative tasks related to events and hospitality.
- Support communication and coordination with external vendors and partners.
You are a proactive, responsible, and highly organized individual with a strong passion for luxury and events. You possess:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, or events, with demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- A rigorous approach to planning and execution, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient and daily use of Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
- Proactive, responsible, and highly organized, with a strong passion for luxury and events.
- A polished and professional demeanor, representing our brand with elegance and confidence.
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in any additional language is a significant asset.
