Pricing Support Coordinator

At Kirby Risk, we help customers succeed by delivering accurate pricing, dependable service, and trusted electrical supply solutions. The Pricing Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and internal support across our organization.

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to pricing strategy execution, vendor coordination, and account support.

You’ll:

• Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product and vendor information across teams
• Handle technical pricing questions and help organize the complaint resolution process
• Maintain close communication with focus accounts using available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing
• Support growth of unassigned accounts by qualifying opportunities for account managers
• Promote E-Commerce tools and customer service solutions
• Accurately load vendor cost changes and maintain pricing integrity
• Assist with all aspects of rebates, including backups, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins
• Learn and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution, vendor relations, and business development

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability and desire to work independently on a computer for extended periods
• Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing in person and by phone
• Industry experience in Electrical Supply and familiarity with Eterm/Solar is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with SQL, Access, and/or Power BI

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST
• Minimal travel and overtime
• Primarily computer-based work in a professional office environment
