Billing Analyst - US Shift

The Contracts Management Group (CMG) is part of Akamai's Global Customer Revenue Operations team. We are a bridge between Akamai's Sales, Operations and Finance teams. We focus on ensuring each Customer contract meets the Compliance and Audit requirements, is accurately represented and that all Customers are invoiced correctly.

You will work closely with various internal teams while your actions are directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of the Quote-to-Cash process, bridging the gap between contracts and customers.

As a Contract/Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing all incoming contracts to ensure compliance with Akamai's legal and audit requirements
• Entering customer contract details with 100% accuracy
• Managing monthly invoicing to ensure billing is in accordance with contract terms
• Tracking customer contract issues and working with the internal account team to facilitate timely resolution

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Have 3+ years' experience in the Quote-to-cash process
• Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
