The candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with ESG reporting, Supplier Engagement on ESG data collection and assessment.

The role is responsible for co-ordinating with multiple internal stakeholders in monitoring the environmental, social and governance data and performance across the company. The person will implement the digital ESG Supplier assessment tool and engage with suppliers to drive lupin policy and actions.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from internal stakeholders for corporate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with global ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic ESG performance dashboards and reports for management and external disclosures.

• Implement and manage the digital ESG Supplier Assessment Tool across the supply chain.
• Engage with suppliers to collect ESG-related data and assess compliance with Lupin’s sustainability policies.
• Provide guidance and training to suppliers on ESG expectations and improvement areas.

• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sustainability teams to monitor ESG KPIs.
• Track progress on environmental, social, and governance initiatives across business units.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve ESG performance.

• Maintain accurate ESG data repositories and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze ESG data trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives for ESG data collection and reporting.

• Bachelors/ Masters in a relevant field (e.g. business, sustainability, engineering, economics).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in sustainability roles with a track record in operational sustainability.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset.
• Good skills in project management, excel, communications and presentation.
