Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Imperial, PA (Hybrid – on-site three days per week)
Pay Range: $35.86 per hour
Responsibilities- Drive procurement activities on assigned projects and apply advanced sourcing and procurement best practices for operational excellence.
- Conduct RFQs, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations for U.S. Government and defense-related programs.
- Follow-up on purchase order acknowledgements, delivery status, and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues.
- Develop reports, analyze spend, and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and cash flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation (or 1 year plus MBA/master’s).
- Experience with purchase order execution and the full procure-to-pay cycle.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and MS Office tools including Excel.
