Location: Indiana
Aufgaben
- Selbständige Schadenbearbeitung von Sach-, Motorfahrzeug-, und Haftpflichtschadenfällen der Coop Gruppe
- Korrespondenz mit Kund:innen, internen Stellen, Behörden und Versicherer
- Erfassung der Schadenfälle in den eigenen Versicherungssystemen
- Erstellung von Reportings gemäss Vorgabe
- Abrechnung der Schadenfällen gegenüber internen und externen Stellen
- Erledigung von Aufgaben gemäss Vorgabe des Leiters Back-Office
- Kaufmännische Versicherungsausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung und bereits Erfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute und routinierte Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Teamfähige, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientiertheit
