- Perform alignments, oil changes, tire installations, brake jobs, inspections and more on various vehicles.
- Identify and communicate upselling opportunities such as air filters, wiper blades, alignments, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Previous experience as a mechanic, tire tech, lube tech or in a similar role is required.
- Ability to use alignment racks, tire machines, and various tools effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and automotive parts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
