We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our reputable automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, fabrication, and vehicle restoration, with experience working in dealership environments preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. A focus on customer service and auto estimating skills will be highly valued in this position.

* Duties
* * Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques

* Conduct welding tasks such as MIG welding, soldering, and other fabrication processes to restore vehicle frames and panels

* Replace or repair auto glass and perform detailing to ensure a high-quality finish

* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for vehicle assembly, sanding, and finishing work

* Assist with auto restoration projects, including mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance as needed

* Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times

* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair progress and addressing client concerns effectively

* Experience
* * Previous dealership experience is highly desirable

* Proficiency in auto body repair techniques including sheet metal work, auto painting, and auto glass replacement

* Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, welding, and fabrication processes

* Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures

* Experience with auto estimating software is a plus

* Familiarity with auto restoration projects and heavy lifting techniques required for certain repairs

* Hands-on experience with airless paint spraying and detailing processes

* Strong understanding of automotive repair standards with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
