Responsible for providing technical support for all models of Haeger and PEMserter machines, tooling, and components. Uses hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic troubleshooting skills to support customers by phone, electronically, and in the field as required.
- Perform Haeger/PEMserter service technician duties with minimal supervision.
- Follows prints, schematics, instructions, and internal assembly documents to troubleshoot machines/sub-assemblies according to industry’s best practices.
- Exercises good judgment, accuracy, and efficiency in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining all Haeger and PEMserter® products.
- Tests all components, both individually, as well as the total assembly, for proper and standard functions, as specified.
- Travel to customer locations to perform commissioning and service calls as needed.
- Adheres to company Service policies in the execution of duties.
- Exercise independent judgment and creativity in solving customer technical problems.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in servicing customers with respect, thoroughness, tact, and diplomacy.
- Generate documentation to internal and external technical and sales staff on service updates, product availability, and technical services available.
- Provides product training to distributors and representatives when required.
- Estimate repair costs for machines and tooling and quotes the customer accordingly.
- Takes initiative in support of customers, distributors, and fellow team members.

Requirements- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; - Experience:
2-5 years’ experience in a technical customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
