Kelly® is seeking a  
** Data Entry Clerk*
* ** in Eagleville, PA.*
* ** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:*
* $19.43 per hour

2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM.

** Typical day to day job description:*
* - Accurately entering customer contact information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

- Verifying any incomplete or illegible customer-supplied contact information.

- Recording the products and quantities received in each shipment and alerting the Supervisor of any special or unusual requests.

- Pulling up computer records for status inquiries and relaying status to customers via phone.

- Filing service records, service quotes, and related paperwork while retrieving filed records when requested.

- Assisting the Supervisor with assigned tasks and maintaining a neat and orderly work area.

** Requirements:*
* - Have a high school diploma or GED, or five years of related experience and/or training.

- Possess data entry experience and strong typing skills.

- Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Are computer literate within company-provided software systems and can apply basic arithmetic functions.

- Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out multiple-step instructions.
