Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑focused Administrative Assistant to join our team in Enola, PA. If you enjoy being the backbone of daily operations, keeping things on track, and supporting a small business environment where every contribution counts, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing inboxes, filing, and preparing documents

+ Assist leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communication

+ Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors

+ Support small‑business operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and maintaining organized workflows

+ Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping (experience helpful but not required)

+ Maintain accurate records and help implement improved office processes

+ Provide general support wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly

Requirements

+ Has experience working within a small business or multi‑tasking office environment

+ Thrives in a role that requires flexibility, problem‑solving, and strong organization

+ Communicates clearly, professionally, and with a positive attitude

+ Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)

+ Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism

+ Self‑motivated and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment

+ 1-3 years of administrative support experience preferred

+ Experience supporting a small business strongly valued

+ High school diploma required; additional education a plus

+ Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial tasks helpful
