CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.
Due to business needs, we are looking for a HR Assistant (100%) to provide interim support until 31 May 2025.
The position can be based in Oerlikon or Pratteln and reports to the People Business Partner.
Interim HR Assistant - Contract until 31.05.2026 Your main tasks:- Preparation and management of (interim) reference letters using our online reference tool
- Maintenance of the time‑keeping system, including implementation of vacation reductions and verification of balances at the end of employment contracts
- Administrative support related to the termination of employment contracts
- Communicate company and government rules, regulations, and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Experience in administrative tasks, ideally within an HR department
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Very good knowledge of German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Available immediately and until 31 May 2025
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Flexible working model with the possibility of home office
- A dynamic environment with a clear, time‑limited assignment
