Service Warranty Assistant

Overview

The Service warranty assistant will perform various routine clerical duties regarding moto vehicles in support of the service location.

• Answer phones, direct calls and prepare messages; data entry, filing, and completion of simple forms.
• Operate standard office machines and provide customer service; schedule service orders and submit warranty claims for service orders and customers.
• Process payments and billing; provide status updates and communicate with the service manager, technicians, and sales staff on units.
• Locate parts and add to service orders; communicate with parts departments.
• Coordinate warranty communications for Virginia and West Virginia locations.

• Knowledge of warranty and service orders is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warranty experience.

You may be seated for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. You must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
