Description
VEKA, a manufacturer of PVC profiles with over 900 employees in four US locations, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Administrative Coordinator for its headquarters just north of Cranberry Township, PA in Fombell.

The position provides high-level administrative and strategic support, including record‑keeping, travel coordination, and follow‑up on key priorities that drive VEKA’s success.
- Provide executive‑level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and hands‑on meeting logistics
- Anticipate priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure timely follow‑up on executive actions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence for senior leaders and board meetings
- Coordinate logistics for visiting employees, guests, and executive events; manage hotel and travel relationships
- Maintain corporate records and assist with tax filings, government forms, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support accounting and finance activities including wire transfers, commissions, and executive communications
- Identify process improvements and leverage Microsoft 365 tools to increase efficiency
- Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, and leadership on special projects and initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience with online banking, SAP, Concur, or project tracking tools is a plus
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent executive administrative experience
