- Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management
- Knowledge of service, inspection, and administrative processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with invoicing or billing systems is a plus
- Update and maintain service site information and customer contact details in designated systems
- Upload inspection reports to compliance platforms
- Follow up on overdue invoices, and prepare billing documents based on completed work
- Process inspection and service reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Organize and manage electronic or physical records of inspections, reports, and certifications
- Support billing activities, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with finance teams
- Track contract and inspection renewal dates to ensure proper compliance and renewal management
- Assist with adhering to fire protection and safety regulations, supporting audit requests and documentation requirements
- Maintain databases for service and inspection activities and contribute to operational reporting
- Provide administrative assistance to technicians and supervisory staff to facilitate smooth operations
