Role PurposeThe Bookings Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the administration and coordination of bookings for Focus and other RT events. You will be the first point of contact for delegates and church group leaders, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process from registration through to arrival on-site. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for serving churches and supporting large-scale events.
KeyDeliverables
- Bookings Management:
- Oversee and maintain the Events booking systems (e.g., Eventbrite, Brushfire).
- Process individual and group bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure booking data is accurate and up to date.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to booking enquiries via email and phone with warmth and professionalism.
- Support church group leaders in managing their group registrations.
- Resolve booking or payment issues promptly and effectively.
- Administration:
- Generate regular reports on ticket sales, camping allocations, and group registrations.
- Support the wider Focus Operations Team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Event Delivery:
- Assist with on-site check-in and guest services during the Summit & Focus events.
- Works well with all fellow team members to deliver an excellent service to the whole organisation.
- Is able to adopt a positive attitude to change, even when it is not fully understood, and works hard to find creative solutions.
- Demonstrates high levels of commitment and flexibility; is willing to lay down personal projects for the good of the team.
- Regularly asks for feedback and looks for opportunities to learn from others and continually improve their work.
- Shows awareness and respect for different viewpoints, remains gracious under challenge, and always remains constructive.
- Keeps going, even when it is hard, but seeks appropriate help when necessary.

- Using a good degree of proficiency and well - established professional knowledge, will analyse and help to find solutions to challenges and issues that arise.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Confident with databases, spreadsheets, and online booking systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a heart for serving others.
- Experience using event management or ticketing software.
- Prior experience in church events, conferences, or festival logistics.
- Familiarity with HTB and the Focus event.
