Job DescriptionThe Service Administrator will perform data entry and administrative tasks within VISTA for the service and inspection department. This role emerged due to positive changes within the team.
Responsibilities- Update information in VISTA on service sites, HQ contacts, and customer AR information.
- Upload inspection reports to Compliance Engine.
- Follow up on past‑due invoices.
- Process and send invoices in VISTA as directed.
- Process completed inspection and service reports.
- Maintain organized electronic and/or physical records of inspections and reports.
- Maintain service and inspection databases.
- Assist service management with reporting, metrics, and operational support.
- Provide administrative support to technicians and field supervisors as needed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in data entry and administrative duties.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the construction or services industry is a plus.
- Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
The position is located in an older building, situated in the back with the Service & Inspection team in a cubicle setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a business‑casual dress code, where jeans are acceptable. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within administrative, service coordination, or services‑based industries.
Job Type & Location- Contract position based out of Leola, PA.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
