This position plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our organization by providing essential clerical and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, taking dictation, and relieving officials of various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively prioritize responsibilities and work under general supervision while demonstrating creativity and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide information to callers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

- Take dictation and assist with documentation as needed.

- Relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative tasks.

- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings for management.

- Gather and monitor information relevant to ongoing projects.

- Perform a variety of tasks that support business operations.

- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.
