OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support
• The Senior Accountant will oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
• The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Evaluate and implement improvements to streamline financial processes
• The Senior Accountant will conduct regular financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
