Overview of the Accounting Clerk Role:
The Accounting Clerk will support the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a mission-driven environment and being part of a close-knit team.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• The Accounting Clerk will enter and maintain accurate financial data in Quick Books.

• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.

• The Accounting Clerk will support month-end close and other accounting projects as needed.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.

Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk Role:

• Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

• Quick Books experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.

• Non-smoker required due to organizational policies.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
