Responsibilities/

Description:

Balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month end support, journal entries, revenue reporting

Onsite /Shift: 100% onsite

Pay:  $30 an hour

Contract to possible contract to hire

Responsibilities:

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

- Manage clearing accounts and bank tax processes effectively.

- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision.

- Generate daily and revenue reports to support business operations.

- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial workflows.

- Handle corporate and sales tax-related tasks as needed.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and company policies.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial procedures.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

- Proficiency in corporate tax and sales tax processes.

- Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger maintenance.

- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with accounting software;
Net Suite experience is a plus.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
