We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our fast-paced growing firm! This role is essential for timely settlement disbursements to our clients. This position requires a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

• Calculate settlement disbursements to clients and co-counsel
• Ensure the accurate and timely process of settlement and lien disbursements
• Communicate with clients as to the status of their settlement payments
• Update accounting workbooks and client database
• Balance client escrow accounts to client trust liability and law firm database on a monthly basis
• Prepare and participate in daily Zoom meetings
• Write procedures to document process
• The use of Zoom phone is required
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Quick Books and Excel preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills are crucial for this role
• Reading and understanding retainer agreements, co-counsel agreements, etc.
• Reading and understanding agreements and medical lien reports

Comp Package:
Starting salary of $55,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Full Benefits, 401K
