BOOKKEEPER
Eighty Four, PA 15330
$50,000- 55,000
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our client's accounting operations! This role will focus on the daily transactional side of accounting—ideal for someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:
- The Bookkeeper will enter and process accounts payable and receivable
- Match invoices, code expenses, and ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- The Bookkeeper will assist with vendor setup and maintenance
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
- The Bookkeeper will support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software
- Basic excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadline
