Junior Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Manage the accounts receivable cycle (invoicing, customer accounts, VAT rates)
• Coordinate with external providers for accounts payable and treasury activities
• Assist with VAT settlements, VAT returns, and tax‑related documentation
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors
• Help prepare financial data for year‑end closing (final statements handled by external Swiss accountants)
• Work daily with the ERP system to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Issue customer invoices
• Assist with trade/export documentation (certifications, EUR1 forms) when required
• Prepare reports and documentation related to insurance matters

• Degree in economics or similar field

• Knowledge of Swiss accounting principles
• Familiarity with modern administrative practices, procedures, and equipment
• Familiarity with fiscal and budgetary practices, purchasing, and office management
• Mandatory knowledge of English and German
• SAP experience is a plus
