Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting across a multi-entity North American region. The position ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and statutory requirements while maintaining strong internal controls and the integrity of financial reporting processes. The role partners with executive leadership on annual business planning, rolling forecasts, and management reporting, and serves as a trusted advisor on complex accounting matters.

Responsibilities also include treasury oversight, cash flow management, audit coordination, and continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes.

• Lead regional accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Support annual business planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and accounts receivable
  
  Partner with external auditors and support technical accounting matters
• Implement new accounting standards and improve accounting processes
• Provide leadership, training, and development for regional accounting teams
• Support ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and system enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidations
• CPA/CMA preferred
• Proven leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
